More Frequent Dosing of SIMPONI ARIA in Adult Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

SUMMARY

SIMPONI ARIA is indicated for the treatment of adult patients with active ankylosing spondylitis (AS).¹
The SIMPONI ARIA dosage regimen is 2 mg per kg given as an intravenous (IV) infusion over 30 minutes at weeks 0 and 4, and every 8 weeks thereafter. Follow the dilution and administration instructions for SIMPONI ARIA.¹
No data are available regarding dosing SIMPONI ARIA more frequently than every 8 weeks in adult patients with active AS.
