ADMINISTRATION EQUIPMENT

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved prescribing information does not require the use of polyvinyl chloride (PVC)-free administration equipment for SIMPONI ARIA infusion. However, an infusion set with an in-line, sterile, nonpyrogenic, low protein-binding filter (pore size of 0.22 micrometer or less) is required for SIMPONI ARIA infusion.1
